My friends stayed at the cosmopolitan bk in 2011 which made me want to stay for my 30th bday... I was no to happy with my stay. The best part was the location and the housekeeper. I came bk to the hotel around 2/3 am and the elevators was not working to get to my floor I had to wait about 15/20mins.... next I needed towels... I used their mobile assistance ROSE and she told me she was on a juice cleanses and no reps was available to help... WTF... I basically called down stairs 2 additional times and wait 1 1/2hrs for towels.. last thing to kill my vibe was I needed a fork but it’s a $11 delivery fee... YES $11. I spent about $1900 for 3 nights and I can’t get a fork WOW. When I called for the fork I was connected to 4 different departments.. needless to say Holiday Inn got better service.

    What a great hotel...

This is the second time that I have stayed at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas; both times for business. I stayed this time for three nights; and honestly I could have used a couple of more nights with the hubby joining me. This is a great hotel; easy to get around in. Regardless of either side you come in, access to the elevators for your tower are fast to get to even walking through the casino. My room was in the Chelsea Tower overlooking the Bellagio fountains. The balconies on this hotel are simply great - they get you outside to check things out and you don't hear the riff raff below. Watching the fountains throughout the day and evening is quite a nice touch. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Love that there's a living room area with the TV; and the bathrooms are quite large. Love the big bathtubs which are not always common in hotel rooms. Appreciate the dual vanity with plenty of space; and the two drawers in between the sinks. Great closet space; and the bed was extremely comfortable. Plenty of restaurant selections at this hotel; and don't forget about the Chandelier Bar for their signature off-menu cocktails. A first-class hotel all the way, and in my personal opinion not for kids. The Boulevard Pool is GORGEOUS. It is the only pool on Las Vegas Boulevard that overlooks the strip. You look over Planet Hollywood, Bellagio and Paris; and toward MGM. Beautiful with the white and bright pop of purple. It closes early so it isn't like you can be out there all night; so plan accordingly. I would definitely return to the Cosmopolitan!

We loved our stay at the Cosmo and can’t wait to come back. We were in the Boulevard Tower with a fountain view and it was amazing, the room was huge and the balcony was spacious and we had amazing views of the strip. The staff at the hotel were amazing, printing off tickets for us and allowing us into our room early. The wicked spoon buffet was included in our package with virgin and it had so much variety and set us up for the day! Definitely get the devil mac and cheese! Loved this hotel and would recommend 100%!

We stayed here October 10-17th From the moment we got out of the taxi we knew this was going to be perfect. Front door staff so friendly and polite, checking in was no more than 20min. Check in staff perfect! Room we had was on the 22nd floor 2013 over looking the fountain, what an amazing view OMG you must book fountain view room to make the most of your stay it’s but awesome. Room was perfect, huge comfortable bed, usb connections and power point by your bed. Walking in shower with jacuzzi. Lights/Aircon all worked via iPad. Maid service perfect and every time I call for any service via the room telephone was dear with immediately by polite staff that paid attention to detail.. amazing! The gym had all the latest equipment (techno gym) which I use in my gym in the uk. If your in to weights and cardio and can be away from the gym this gym is for you. Staff in the gym were also friendly and noting was to much trouble. All the restaurants were amazing, we used Henry’s, the fried chicken snack & eggslut! The pools were also very clean with plenty of bed space. Bed service and snack bar. I could write all day praising this hotel but I do have to stop. I will be back and will upload my vlog on YTube. In the mean time here are some pics.. Thank you Cosmo for a wonderful stay and thank you to all the staff that made it that much more special. Timmys Travels

After a day of seeing the Vegas sights, The Champagne Bar at the Cosmopolitan was a real treat. Lemon Drop Martini’s were delicious, service attentive and atmosphere conducive to good conversation. We were on the top floor - a perfect spot to meet up with long lost friends!
