I’ve been to the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana twice and I’ve had consistently good service both times. The resort is beautiful and the grounds are immaculate. Just book this resort, you’ll be glad that you did. For those of you trying to decide between the Hilton La Romana and the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana, the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana is head and shoulders above the Hilton - better food, better service, newer rooms, etc. I highly recommend the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana. You won’t be disappointed! Tip- if you don’t want to wait in line at the restaurants, go down at 6:00 and put your name on the list.

The Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana is fantastic! We traveled there to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our family which includes a one year old. The staff is fabulous, friendly and helpful throughout. The resort is immaculate and aesthetically beautiful. We stayed in a Club level room which afforded us some special perks like a separate pool, check-in/louge all day, a restaurant over looking the water for breakfast and lunch for club level only. The restaurant variety was good and the food preparation was one of the best all inclusive food I have experienced. There is an adults only side to the hotel and we dined there two evenings as well as frequented the Martini Bar . These restaurants were terrific and all different menus from the family side. The beach is large and well maintained with calm water that you can float for hours upon. At the club pool there was service and a bar/swim-up bar. Deiby was there with delicious drinks and a smile and top shelf if you ask for it. He remembers what you drink and very friendly. The rooms are large and well kept. There is plenty of space for your things. The Fitness Center is unbelievable! You have to see it to believe it - the best I have experienced. Because it was a special occasion, we has a photo session - Daniel did a fabulous job! The shots he got will create wall art for our home. Working with a one year old is not easy, but he made it work and then some.We were very happy with all the amenities. We will go back! Thank you Ziva
