What an amazing hospitality and professional staffs which go above and beyond to create an experience specially night team secruity and front desk.

I never expected a Hilton Hotel to have the problems we encountered. The morning after our stay, I ran the water for several minutes waiting for it to get hot. It never did and was lukewarm at best. My wife had to shower and by the time she was done the water pressure was a drip at best. We've never experienced a problem like this at any hotel we ever stayed at, let alone a Hilton. I know it wasn't only our floor as I talked to someone from a lower floor while on the elevator. And here's an FYI...when you book a room using Hilton points, you won't get breakfast included. They had sent me an offer in my e-mail which was to include breakfast. I only found out later that because I used points, that all changed.

We checked in after an 8 hour flight from UK. We were met by Michelle from Africa. She made us feel very welcome . Our room had amazing an view. All staff were so kind and helpful. Karen Jenkins Concierge helped us get taxis and advise on a good restaurant whilst visiting Niagara on the Lake.

Stayed here. No issues. This place was clean and the staff was friendly. We were in the North Tower. Didn’t wait long for an elevator except during the busy dinner times. We were in the 33rd floor. With great views. Unfortunately one night, the fire alarm went off at 4am and had to wait for the FD to come clear the alarm. We definitely would stay here again. We had a 2 bedroom suite with views of both falls.

Check in was easy as was self parking. Shared a room and the room was spacious and clean for 2 people. Room was clean, loved the jetted tub. Bathroom had nice brand name products. Little bar fridge kept everything cold. Bed was comfortable enough, did not sleep on their pillows, but they did seem firm. Tim hortons 5 minute walk from the hotel, lots of restaurants within a short walk. Can see the American falls and casino out your window, nice views especially at night. Check out was super easy as well. Staff very friendly. The only negative thing I could say was we had extreme difficulty adjusting our room temperature and felt cold most of the time, conferences rooms were cold as well. Restaurants on site as well as a starbucks. Overall had a great time and would stay at this hotel again.
