This was my 4th all inclusive resort in Mexico, and so far my favirite. There were a few issues, but most were addressed. We booked a junior suite garden room with a king bed and a sofa bed. We did request 2 beds and close proximity to the beach due to mobility issues. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a partial beach and pool view in the Eden section. Our room was beautiful! Our favorite restaurant was the Sakura hibachi. Great show and fun waitstaff! We had no issues making reservations, and enjoyed all of the restaurants available to us. The Creperie is a must. The buffet is also very good with a lot of choices. I enjoyed the fresh fruit. Transportation to and from the airport was included and very smooth. There were evening shows in their beautiful theater, and activities every night in the main square. There is a lot of walking involved, but enjoyed the wildlife along the way. The shuttle tram runs frequently if you don't mind waiting. Unfortunately there is little to no beach. There were large rocks in the water and it was difficult to wade in. The Eden pool was always fun, but get out early to pick your spot. It filled up quickly . Overalls, it was good. I would return.

Everyone at El beso was great. Great customer service at all the bars and restaurants. Carlos was very helpful with everything, he made sure we were always taken care of and made everything more fun. I would definitely come back to this resort.
