As of November 1st, 2022, the below COVID-19 refund request form will be deactivated. Guests looking to discuss a refund due to other circumstances are required to contact us.
For any WestJet-initiated cancellation or schedule change, where the schedule change was greater than 90 minutes or one or more stops were added, guests are eligible for a refund to original form of payment if desired.
This form applies to guests with air only bookings. WestJet Vacations and Group bookings will continue to follow the process already established and cannot be requested with this form.
Please list all guests on your booking and submit one form only per booking.
A notification will be sent to you by email once the refund transaction has been completed. Refunds can only be processed to the form of payment used to make the original reservation.
